
Have you ever felt you want to find your path or you don’t know which way to go?
Have you ever asked yourself is this the right direction for me that I am going??
I will help you find your path. I will help you find out whether or not you are on the right path/direction as well as to find out if it is right or not at the moment and anytime later on – you can check this at anytime that you are unsure.
First : If you are looking for your direction, here is a short meditation and then a few tricks for you.
Relax, breath in deeply and take three short breaths, now this time you will close your eyes for a few moments and take three short breaths. So do that now.
Once again, before you close your eyes, I want you to hold your breath as long as you can and whilst doing this I want you to think to yourself, I know which way to go. Now I want you to take three breaths, holding your breath for as long as you feel comfortable and whilst doing it say I know which way to go.
Once again, repeating the same process but now with saying the sentence, I know my passion and I can feel what my passion is.
One more time saying: It feels so good to know I am on the right path and to know my passion.
One more time thinking to yourself: I am so happy I am on the right path.
Now you can just read onwards. I am so glad I know my path and am on the right path. It feels so good to know what my passion is and that I am always going the right way. I have always gone the right ways. I have always known the right paths to go. I have always known what my passion is. I am so glad for this.
I am always guided and I feel that I am always guided. It feels so good to be guided and to know that I am guided.
Here are a few tips:
1). Before you go to sleep at night time you can say, by the morning I know which way to go. By the morning I know what my passion is or you can say am I going the right path?
2). When you wake up in the morning no matter what – write down your first thoughts – and also if you remembered a dream write that down and try to see what that dream meant for you.
3). The first thoughts to begin your day with are: I know which way my path is. I know I am going the right path. I am always going the right way. I love the route(s) that I am on. I am so glad I always go the right way and am shown the right paths.
4). When you go to bed at night : see the glass half full and write all the things down that you are grateful/thankful for.
